On receipt of your application, we will conduct a screening check to ensure that as a candidate you meet the standards set out by the NMC UK and any UK employers. This will cover your work history, passport, and a scorecard from an English proficiency exam conducted

Talent Sync works with NHS trusts, as well as private care facilities in the UK. We want every candidate to have a clear idea of the career opportunity they are seeking and the area where they want to live and work. We will provide them with a list of potential employers based on their profile from which they can select the organisation that best suits their preferences. They will also have the support of our sourcing team to help them select a company.

NMC REGISTRATION

Throughout the recruitment process, the most critical phase is registration with the NMC UK. Candidates will benefit from the help and support of our own registration experts and technical staff in completing the procedure quickly and smoothly as possible.

JOB INTERVIEW

The Interview having assisted you in making a decision on a potential employer, once we have confirmation from the employer, we will forward your profile to that company and schedule an interview with you at an agreed date and time.

NMC FULL APPLICATION

Talent Sync works with a diverse range of businesses across the UK, ranging from internationally known NHS trusts to a variety of other private care facilities. We understand that each ambitious individual will have unique relocation and career goals. After evaluating the candidate’s profile, he or she will be supplied with a list of potential employers who match the profile. Now, the candidate has the option of selecting an employer.

COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION

A number documents will be required for your job and visa application process that need to be given to the employer in order to receive the Certificate of Sponsorship and begin the visa application process. To expedite the process, an assigned Talent Sync consultant will provide you with a list of required papers in advance after you obtain the approval letter from the NMC.

CERTIFICATE OF SPONSORSHIP

After submission of the required documents, our documentation officer will evaluate them, send them to the employer in the correct format, and follow up with the business to authorise your Certificate of Sponsorship as soon as possible.

WELCOMING & PICKUP FROM THE UK AIRPORT

To ensure your safety and comfort, the Talent Sync team always has someone waiting for you at the airport to greet you warmly and transport you to your chosen accommodation. We want you to feel at ease while you’re in the UK, so we’ll make sure you have everything you need. 

ACCOMMODATION ASSISTANCE

Anyone who is new to a place would usually be clueless about the place of stay, especially when they are in an unknown country with considerable baggage. We again assure the comfort of being at home, while you are in the UK. We work with a number of communities that will support the candidates to find the right accommodation further.

EMPLOYMENT

When you arrive at the selected hospital/care home, everyone must complete the basic or first requirements. However, your job will begin on the fifth day (subject to quarantine norms) of your arrival. You will be able to resume your work and OSCE preparation after taking this course.

PRE-DEPARTURE SESSION

It is customary for this pre-departure session to take place in the last week before departure. It will last one hour and will be addressed by a member of our experienced staff from the United Kingdom. They primarily go through the points listed below in detail. It will be more of an open session where candidates will be able to ask questions and clear up any doubts they may have.

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE AND DBS

Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) should be obtained and submitted by every individual who is planning to obtain a Skilled Migrant visa to the UK from the country of residence. If an individual has resided on a work visa or a dependent visa or a student visa in any foreign country for a period of/exceeding 12 months, then the individual should obtain a Police Clearance Certificate from that country and submit along with the documentation. If the individual has resided for 12 months or more in the UK, then the individual must apply and submit a DBS which is the equivalent certificate of the PCC.
